Job Summary

We are a small, growing concrete business seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone eager to learn the concrete trade and grow into more advanced roles over time. The Laborer will assist with daily concrete operations, job site preparation, and general construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including setting forms, measuring, and leveling areas

• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment

• Pouring and spreading of concrete

• Perform basic clean-up of job sites, tools, and equipment

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Take direction from supervisors and work collaboratively with the crew

• Support general labor needs as required on various projects

Qualifications & Requirements

• Entry-level; prior construction or concrete experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to work in various weather elements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)

• Reliable transportation required. Valid driver’s license preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
